The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules.
